This project is one of establishing a change of governance in the territories north of the 49th parallel in North America from that of a monarchy under the Crown of Elizabeth II ; to one of a republic absent of royal authority.

You are, herein, invited to consider the impacts of such a transition. And, you may submit opinions and contributory critique to our EMAIL.

Further, the UNcrownE2 Project is also rooted in a quest to establish a global code of conduct for establishing governance state nations that may choose to be registered at the United Nations; and, to receive general popular recognition by other credible state nations around the world.

Namely - if we borrow a hulquminum west coast Salish term "Siem'stum" : respect- then we may presume that a state nation would be constructed through a general popular enfranchised electorate; where land and resources are first recognized as being within the stewardship claim of individuals; who may choose to divest their personal land claim to be vested into the general asset base of the state nation; therein, becoming equitable shareholders of that corporate entity.

The UNcrownE2 Project campaign will initiate a public consultation process in year 2010; culminating with a Founding Convention in 2012. Year 2011 will be the general formation process; through which delegates will be elected to attend a public convention process - which will also include a participatory process for the general public through land mail and email / twitter, et cetera.

In general, the perspective of debate is formed around the oligarchical versus the republic governance structures.

The original test site will be British Columbia, Canada.
